This warranty reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Viking Arm will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for any Viking Arm – The Original purchased on or after October 1, 2024. Proof of purchase required. The customer may be requested to perform easy repairs him/herself with help from a Viking Arm representative. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear and tear or tool abuse. Proper care and maintenance as outlined in the user manual must be followed.

Exclusions

Viking Arm reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sellers, unless prohibited by law. This warranty does not apply to normal wear-and-tear, damage caused by improper usage, or damage caused by attempted repairs.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, VIKING ARM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, CONDUCT, USAGE OR TRADE.

VIKING ARM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
